Our Process
Restorative justice is as much about process as it is about outcome. In other words, the way that we seek justice is as important as the justice result itself. Here, learn a bit about where our cases come from, how our deliberations with clients unfold, and what the data says about restorative justice.
Results
The results in this program are persuasive:
  • 100% of the cases brought to conference have reached a plan of repair.
  • 84% of the cases yielded fully satisfied obligations.
  • Recidivism rates for cases brought to conference is below 20%.
  • 92% of participants report satisfaction with the restorative justice process.
